I really appreciated the room's cozy decor and comfortable seating, which made it easy for me to relax. The staff were so kind and attentive, ensuring that I felt secure during my stay. It truly felt welcoming.

Shower pressure could be improved for better comfort.

We loved the easy access to the Long Beach Cruise Terminal and enjoyed a day at the beach. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was awesome for planning our outings. The staff was friendly too. Definitely a great choice for a group trip.

One thing that was a bit off was the shower pressure. it could have been better for a refreshing wash after a long day.

The motel offered quick check-in, but that’s where the positives ended. The room had a terrible odor, and I found rotten food in the microwave. The bugs were everywhere. I couldn't relax for a second. The shower looked unsafe, and the bed seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Even the $20 deposit for a TV remote felt ridiculous given the state of the place. On a brighter note, I discovered some fantastic taco trucks nearby. They served amazing street tacos that made my day a little better. There’s also a small diner just down the road with comforting homestyle cooking. Wish the motel had the same cleanliness level as those eateries. I'd only come back if absolutely necessary, but I’d rather choose a cleaner spot or sleep in my car instead.

Although my stay at Searle Motel wasn't up to par, Compton's culinary scene is fire. I stumbled upon taco trucks dishing out street tacos that left me craving more. Plus, there's a bomb small diner just down the street with homestyle cooking that'll make you feel right at home!

The motel itself? An absolute wreck. The room was straight-up nasty with rotten food and bugs running the show. It's the kind of place that makes you appreciate your car's cleanliness more than ever!
